The Labour Party has set out plans for building on the green belt in an attempt to boost housing supply.
They've also claimed it will help them to improve green spaces.
Under the proposals, councils will be required to prioritise building homes on brownfield sites and poor-quality areas in the green belt, which Labour are calling the 'grey belt'.
They say it will help provide 1.5 million new homes.
