Bullfix extra plasterboard fixings

In this video I test out Bullfix extra plasterboard fixings, these are quite an easy fixing to use and perform well. As well as demonstrating how to use the fixing, I also do a weight test to see just how much weight these fixings can hold before the plasterboard fails.

As a full time handyman myself, I usually buy a pack or 2 of each of the fixings that you test successfully. Always handy to have options.

They carry an impressive amount of weight, but 20mm is a bloody great hole. You’d have to be pretty sure that you weren’t going to move the tv bracket/ shelve before you started to pop 20 mm holes all over your lounge wall.

Outstanding! I really like how you did a real-world test, and didn't just pull straight down on a screw, but instead showed how a shelf with a lot of weight would hold up. Thanks, and very much appreciate your video!!

Hi mate, this was a no nonsense test of those fixings, and they stood up quite well I think, ignore the naysayers if the dont like the way you do stuff that's their problem, they don't have to watch, I welcome and are grateful for whatever you take your time to show us. Thanks for this roadtest Mr H I have some Bullfix screws ready to be used and this was very opportune for me to see just how robust they are I can now go ahead and use them with confidence once I figure out how to put a TV bracket on a wall that has the power plug socket and Aerial fittings already installed and just where I want the bracket to go.....

i like the plaster board fixing videos . they are always coming out with new types and its nice to see them in action . . id have no problem with you doing more of these videos

I saw that guys comment on the official Corefix videos and thought he had some balls. Glad to see someone tested them out! I've seen a lot of your other test videos before and always enjoy them.

top dollar testing, that's exactly what i would be doing to test them. I'm weary of all these claim's as well and tend to just use the metal screw in type as i dont trust plastic in to plasterboard yet. so once again, thanks for the video's. been very informative.
