As sad as this May sound, Christy is Just a non-mission related NPC, So you can have someone to bully, or get along. Even looking at the games manual you can See Jimmy getting along with her in the school building, meaning that if Such mission was meant to be, it would have been set in Chapter One, since you dont get to unlock any girl from bullies clique, plus manuals in general doesnt spoil much about the game - mostly Just the content you can Discover during the first hour of gameplay. Sure, it is weird that she likes Jimmy on the spot, especially in a school filled with many other boys. But it can be explained easily, that she simply felt in love, but was too shy to seduce him, So she tried to get closer to him via errands. Jimmy on the other hand isnt really focused on finding a girlfriend, all of the Girls he meets and befriends are basically mission related ones. Christy having a crush on Jimmy could be explained in the beta lines during Complete Mayhem, where she fights over him with other Girls. Just my theory, as always.
