This is why I make sure to always thank the janitor, and get to know them. I always end the year by giving every janitor a special thank-you card for their hard work. They deserve so much more respect than they get.

I’m sorry, for what it’s worth I never disrespected a janitor. Nor will I ever. I’ve thanked them for their hard work. And I understand. It’s not the same but in one of my jobs I had to make sure an entire candy store was clean by myself from floors to bins alike since I usually worked their with no one else except my boss helping me for over two years. They only treated as a tool for the job nobody else wanted to do. But in the schools and other jobs I did the janitors were always there to make sure everything was clean, presentable, and safe they’re always there for everyone. So from the bottom of my heart thank you for all the hard work you’ve done as a janitor I’m truly thankful. And if a janitor ever needs help I won’t hesitate to jump in and help them

Public schools are so toxic,some teens even suacide cause of this kind of stuff,which in many cases can be way more extreme and toxic than the bullying we saw in this video,some even physical harm,or telling them to "catch the bus". And can also lead to cyber bullying with the same kids,and also depressions. Middle schools is the most terrible. with kids from age about 13-17. My deepest condolences to everyone who has to go through this at school😔🙏 I'm glad to have great parents who homeschooled me all my life🤗💙

Janitors at my high school are so under appreciated. Kids would vandalize the bathrooms all the time. Toilet stalls would get etched on, food would get dumped in the urinals, and kids would steal the soap dispensers.

In my school there used to be 2 janitors for the playground, the kids would throw trash everywhere on the ground instead of the garbage bin that was 2 inches away. After that, the Principle taught everyone a lesson similiar to this. So this video is to show us how much not only Janitors but other hardworking jobs too to be appreciated❤💖

Time to time I used to help the janitor by making it easier for them by cleaning up after myself and after the kids. That way he isn’t doing too much work at the end of the work day. He was always appreciative each time. I heard he works in a different position now, after working as a janitor for many years. 🙂 I respect them and everything they do. 😊 Another great upload Dhar! I’ve always been appreciative of janitors and I taught my kids to be appreciative and respectful of them too. Their job is to clean up everyone else’s messes, so I always tried to clean up when I was there. Never left major messes. I’d even have my kids help too.
