I would really love to see the stats of how much money they've made these months compared to before. Because yeah I went from someone who buys bundles frequently to just a Pass player. It's absurd how much they've ruined their own bundles, and value for gold. If these bundles with all this gold were coming out last year oh I would of bought so many and why? Cause there would be good gold bundles to get but without that I haven't bought any not even the cheap gold pass. It will be funny when they make good gold bundles again and change it back because then we will all sigh and be mad we didn't have tons of gold from all these bundles, but at the same time we have to not buy them to show they need to go back.

I used to be a medium spender and I've also been struggling to see any bundles that ever look even interesting enf to question buying it and when I do I usually just end up not buying it lately...

I was not a big spender, but I’d typically buy smaller bundles like the dazzler one if I liked the variant. There’s very little incentive to convert real money to gold now. I did buy the season pass this month but then I didn’t even feel like playing for the first two weeks so I probably won’t bother buying the next one. Second Dinner has been monetizing like their bookie is coming to break their kneecaps and it’s a big turnoff.

Their revenue and profits have started suffering big time, which is not surprising. We will see the SD become even more "generous" from now on. But some of us have already moved on.

Monetization was bad at the beginning, but I decided to invest a bit, just to get the sense I was helping the game to continue. This, hoping monetization would get better. Every single survey or feedback I could give about the game, would have the same phrase for me: "Please, the currencies are too expensive. Try to do it better wit the monetization". And now, here we are, everything is worse and I'm just feeling bored. Same as you, I've been buying less and less, to the point that last month I just bought the season pass and the Sentinels bundle, which was the only one that felt ok. The "For you!" I've been having are hillariously bad.

I stopped even the season pass this month. Couldn't be bothered with their strategy of pissing off the player base. Hide bundles, make them less attractive, the very disappointing spotlight system, reserves that are not exciting. Why even play this game? Let alone putting money into it? No thanks, Helldivers 2 take my money.

@@pandapoker Yeah, sincerely, I've been back to playing more Gwent, even if it's a "dead" game. The only appealing thing of Snap, currently, is that's a good game to play in short periods of time. But I agree with your statement. I'm thinking on passing this month completely, because the season pass and the cards they're presenting this month are not appealing at all. I might just stick to doing dailys, for the sake of it.

The bundles actually seem to be a bit better value now. I probs won’t get all of them maybe 2 or 3 but deffo some of the best value especially if your new if you can afford like the cheaper ones I highly recommend I know it’s kinda crap you have to pay money to compete but it is what it is.

The monetization is really mediocre in Marvel Snap. I’m a fairly new player and was shocked when I saw the old bundles they used to release, those were tremendously better. I guess is a positive thing they are releasing gold bundles but sadly in the range of 2k-6k gold per month. Regular players can’t get that amount easily without spending money somewhere else. It’s looking really bad for f2p players that would like more tokens or cool variants.

If a f2p player can afford a new card once a week, it's a decent game. All you lose are the customization elements, not the gameplay. Unfortunately, even this is impossible now. Variants kinda expensive, even for me (i spent a lot of real money on this game). But if i had every new card i would be happy.

No, if anything Marvel Snap has only improved for a F2p people. It's only got worse for people who spend as now there is no good bundles. But F2p haven't been affected by that at all because their F2p they wouldn't buy these anyway lol. And since the Key system change that's proven to be way better system than before at obtaining cards so it's only improved not got worst. And it's very easy to stack up those keys as I would know since I stopped buying things a while ago. I found this season I opened one week and skipped the rest and now I am back to the keys I was just on. The odds are also in your favor in the terms of more often than not you won't have to use all 4 keys to get the card so anything saved starts a process of stacking them up.

@@thek838 That’s true. The point is the devaluation of gold. Marvel Snap is not a p2w game but pay to progress, but the gold is available for everybody, whales and f2p. If a f2p player managed to save 2-3 months of gold, they could get a good gold bundle (and a cool variant and some other goodies) depending on the gold bundle cost. Nowadays SD is releasing more variants but mostly for paid players. But of course if a player doesn’t care for the card art or progress a little bit faster, then the game is fine. That’s the good thing about the game, the card stats are the same for everybody regardless you have a definitive card art or the base one.

I have no need for tokens in bundles anymore. Seem to aquire enough keys via daily play to aquire weekly cards through spotlight caches. Just stockpiling tokens at this point. We need something else to spend them on imo. I know i dont speak for everyone.

I've been pass only for about over half a year. But I've skipped out on this current season and previous. They money we get for our time I don't see a value in these over priced & not really rewarding bundles and last few passes. I'll probably buy into the April pass bc the cards look dope. And I've saved up 10keys for this April. But tbh I wish I'd know what's coming in June to know if my keys maybe better saved. Hence the importance of datamines

Man that 100$ bundle talk about a joke. That doctor oct one is interesting but it's a shame they're no longer 10$ like they use to. Another great Electra card is amazing.. but she's so unuseable. It's weird how many good card art they gave her but she's so bad

Honestly it’s hard when I compare every bundle to that original apocalypse bundle. They’ve kinda all sucked or been undervalued lately and these feel by far the worst. Thanks for covering these for us!

I used to buy the 100 dollar bundles regularly, but as they progressively got worse, i am now at the point i just pass on them. I play gacha games and the level of greed on this game is on par if not worse than those and there is nothing limited or short term on any of these cards other than a picture i can just download if i want to have it nearby.

Yup, more incentive to just ignore this games store. At this point they will slowly fade out. I’m pretty sure I’m not just speaking for myself when I say I’ve transitioned over to a season pass player Only.
