The dumbest thing about Deadpool's Diner being only two weeks is that it clashes with Infinite Conquest. So if they were looking for a way to tank engagement with Conquest mode, job done I guess.

As someone with all those Deadpool variants, save one because it's not out yet, those bonus variants are unobtainable because they were in bundles. So it makes sense they're listed as "bonus." Same goes for Wolverine, I have most of those besides the unreleased one and the rain variant is a "bonus" because it was a season pass. So atleast SD is not being unrealistic with these, so far. That said, I'm ready for the Captain America character album after this!

I hate gambling. I'm probably one of the least lucky person in the world. I've done way too many times of getting in the 1% of players of not getting something. I've failed a 1/150 drop rate on this weapon in a game, I went 1182 to get it. Might sound impossible, but I've done it. It became a running joke in my clan of my kill count and if I've gotten it yet. I've also seen if my opponent just played gambit, it would somehow always win them the game. I've had it snipe the only card that would've won them the game so much, but hey just gotta be the better player.

They NEED to make the cards cheaper and being able to pick the card you want with keys instead of random.

What about the other variants. The upcoming Cannonball looks awesome. Or the previous Juggernaut. Will they be removed?

The lack of catch mechanic's and atrocious card acquisition model will kill this game. People want to support this game but they want to pay thousands to remain competitive in the meta or chained to the game cycle. Very disappointing roadmap.

What a complete shit show tbh. Here im expecting something like "TFT, but Snap!" And we get Bubs 😂 im in conference with the AI that runs Customer Support about how im going through 4 caches each time i want a card, and we get this smh. I think this game getting hyped up on release was actually bad for it-they got artificially inflated, and when they dont have those numbers next quarter, they have to get them back somewhere, in this case through Whales and gatcha. Still a good free to play, but i feel like if im getting the Pass every month, i should be collection complete, because i WAS right before they started adding more cards a month, nothing is series 5 on release, cache system lottery, etc

The cutting of my most anticipated feature (Character Mastery) makes me eye the exit door on Snap. So fricken disappointed.

“Improved card acquisition” feels like they just threw it in there bc they know people are unhappy with how expensive the game is. They’re not actually working on anything but they put it in “in development” just to tide us over

I hate the idea of gatcha in marvel snap but if they release a simplified version of 3 card packs with a chase would be surreal for getting new cards and variants.. maybe draft wins in the new game mode only or league , the player get booster packs, if you have the card you get 35 boosters, if you don’t, you get a new series 4 maybe 5 card that you didn’t have by increasing the odds of multiple cards is needed because the inflating number of cards that are unobtainable is surging to the point where it will take years to even get the last 2 months of spotlight cards released But it will be questionable of second diner to implement this, because of the fact that they ask up to 100 dollars just for variants and other currencies and cache development rewards being single rewards would showcase their lack of understanding acquisition, this gatcha booster pack system would compromise their history of monetised purchases in regard to the player base .. so no i don’t think it’s opportunity for them to implement because it will help the player but will compromise their integrity as per their transaction history for bundles and caches, two steps forward, 3 steps back

I'm at the point where I only play a few games to get the credits. The game hasn't appealed to me for a while. These announcements don't change anything. Excitement gave way to frustration a long time ago.

I'll check out this game again when they introduce the draft mode and the card acquisition improvements 😴

I'm only excited for the draft mode. I couldn't care less about the rest of these things beyond just making the game run smoother without bugs.

I like the idea of a separate ladder to climb each season, especially because I find Conquest tedious & post-infinite ladder pointless. But agreed that it's going to cause a lot of player anger if the exclusive card is too difficult to attain.

Feels like a confirmation of the death spiral. The IP will keep it on life support, but this roadmap for a studio with this type of money is disappointing to say the least. Nothing legit released for a year, and nothing truly engaging forecasted. Just a list of stuff they feel they have to do as a mobile card game (events, clans, draft mode). Too bad.

Improved technical performance?!?! That’s what they have on the roadmap after 6 months?!?! They just gave us a patch that “improved performance” and my game has crashed 20+ times and the CL is still wonky…. They killed off the best thing they had going with the card mastery….just a disaster. Disappointed ain’t the word.

The IGN event is now over and they never even showed the snap stuff on stream lmao, what a quality partnership. Maybe the announcement is still in the in concept stage 😂
