It provides a new campaign, new weapons, new exotic quests, and so much more! We also have a New Final Shape Raid, as well as New Subclasses! I opened over 120 Strange Gift's last weekend. The primary loot pool was enhancement shards and prisms, upgrade modules, raid banners and a shit ton of blues.

Players who didn't have enough clan mates ready for the raid knew this about Xur. Oddly, the engram that gives you "strange gifts" for 1 strange coin, can land you tons of xp to level up and can land you anywhere between 1 enhancement core/ upgrade module to 7.

It can also give you a worthless blue weapon or just a single Raid Banner. There's no consistency in the value of the gifts.

Here the Xur secret: You have to spend a stack of 47 coins to get a buff for a chance on a bonus coin. it lasts for 11 days, you can aquire one per week and can stack the effect 3x.

Reset him twice already. Sometimes not raiding has its benefits. Buy everything you can afford on Friday, get the buff, go see him whenever your stack of coins is maxed *Spend your spare individual coins on strange gifts, these increase your rank with him quite a bit and are the easiest way to reset rank*

Try deleting enough so that next drop gives the EXACT amount you need to get the max stack. I had same issue with Spoils last season.

There's a 99 cap. Idk why but mine stopped stacking at like 94 and I had to collect them from other sources that only dropped 1-2 to fill up the 99. Like standard crucible.

The strange coin cap needs to be raised, only available to keep 97 total strange coins, so every xur meeting you can only buy 2-3 things b4 your out of coins, then all weekend you have to farm them b4 you can get another 97 capped.

I know strikes gives 4 and crucible gives 3, with xur's buff if you managed to spend the coins last week it goes to 5 in strike and 4 in crucible

I got the exotic kvostov earlier today, I collected all the traveler balls and defeated every boss in the landing, the blooming and the impasse I completed all the triumphs and the last boss I did in the impasse gave me what I needed to go to the Chest that spawns in after you put the traveler balls on the pedestals

Any vanguard, gambit, crucible, dares, can give strange coins. There a special consumable that can give you some extra per game. Yall can also get the cipher mission from xur and get max out strange coins. Kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone.

xur has old catalysts, shit roll exotics, and for long long time didnt give anything good from exotic engram. better on random waste exotic engram at rahool, costs nothing and you have godroll or shit, i got 70 skillpoints from rng, where focus gives mostly 62 shit

I love it, I was just playing and they randomly told us to see failsafe. Also, the drop rate is very low for exotic class items in pale heart chest after beating the mission, I opened 73 chests and nothing. Lastly I’ve been waiting on suros regime catalyst since the week the weapon dropped wayyyyyy back when… I hope he sells the catty

@dannyross4226 to add to that, manicure, Jebel Barkel, alone at night, prismatic ghost, cup head and mirror cup are me and my friend's favorite callouts. If it's accurate enough and the other person can get it it doesn't matter if you remember it. Funny callouts you develop with your duo are also easier to remember by default

Random catalysts from xur? The only one I've been farming for, for 6 months or more, is sunshot. No matter how many vanguard, or nightfall runs I did, it wouldn't drop. So yeah I purchased it asap. Just funny how it wouldn't drop from what it said in the catalysts page. Glad I could finally get it though. Probably the most popular hand cannon in pve that I've seen.
