We're only one day into Lightfall Trials of Osiris and I've already found a build that will surely jump to top spot on Bungie's nerf list. I really haven't seen a build this broken for Trials in a long time and I'm just going to try and slay out whilst it's still strong. Enjoy!

CHEESE: You can make 3 orbs off reaper for equipping 3 copies. Any additional copies make orbs at the origin of the map. For Javalin-4 world origin is the overtime flag location at the rocket.

It doesnt make extra orbs I dont think, just makes it so the orb generated gives more super energy

I’ve been using it for a while now since the new season started, it’s very strong, even on warlock where you can pock devour in so many different ways

Same, I'm on warlock. But ima pop over to my hunter and use funnelweb, cuz the dodge timer is so short compared to rift, atleast until the thing gets nerfed

Volatile is not as big a deal in PvP, it’s just a nice bonus. The bonus damage from surge mods and devour are more important. More valuable to use a better exotic

i think it should spawn an orb tbh, im sorry but its literally next to impossibly to run any armor charge builds reliably in any way without a guarantied orb from something, other than that you only get them from supers and lets be honest most trials matches are done before supers even come into play right now so.

Duo queueing trials is so much easier than 3-stacking. I'm never gonna go in a team of 3 ever again

Reaper used to not work in the crucible so I think with the huge mod overhaul it was reenabled

I think reaper didnt exist befor this Dlc. It was an Elementel well mod and was making wells befor.

Let's not forget he's one of the best pvp players and will probably shit on anyone regardless of what crazy build he's using. Most casuals will NOT have this much success with this build

Finally someone who understands. I'm tired of streamers making these loadout videos and act like it's OP or will guarantee easy wins, when that streamer(s) is among the top 1% of destiny pvp content

Any hunters that main stompees, just in case the leaked patch notes are true, dont start relying on this. Stompees' effects will stop working without a full dodge charge. So get used to playing without a dodge being available if you want to keep your fast movement

Heroes burden is an iron banner SMG that can roll with ZEN MOMENT as well as REPULSER BRACE.

If you use siphoning mods, you can get the first orb from reaper and then a whole ass OTHER ORB from the second kill if it’s a double kill it’s awesome

And you could run Echo of Cessation since you have Volatile Flow so you can dodge and proc Devour even more often

I love the build crafting, I will take some of your advice but imma make a couple of my own builds with that in mind as I already knew reaper was good. Remember guys take advice but the fun part is making your own builds, don't always copy as that's how certain metas become dominant. Do siphon mods increase the potency of orbs dropped from reaper? Or do they only affect orbs dropped from multi-kills? Edit: Ah, multiple copies of reaper increase the potency. So siphon is probably It's own thing as well.

I don't have a Shayura with KC, but I got one with killing wind and golden tricorn with 96 range. Should be fine.

ive been using this with my thorn and retold and tale but i have a low resilience so instead of using that fragment i use the better already mod that starts health regen after picking up orbs also orbs of restoration and its really good so after using dodge you get health regen soul devourer or too stylish(depending on which weapon kill) and more ability regen

Jake volatile dose almost nothing in pvp since it procs at 200 damage even if you get it to proc its only 80 damage in a small radius

Same thing with the solar class. You can add on fire sprites give charged with light, and all you gotta do is toss firebolt nades along with Caliban's it's ridiculous. Picking up fire sprites can give you restoration, have the two artifact mods for firebolt, and you can double toss them in a group and cause ignition too. Just a bunch of interesting combos with different subclasses (void is by far crazy in pvp for sure)

It was never disabled but these is a bug or maybe it's working as intended... regardless, if you have more than 8 blue/yellow mods, it will disable you artifact.

I hope reper doesn't get nerfed in PvP(at least not too much)... It just opens potential for SO many builds in pvp...which such be good and benefit the user, adding more flavor and variety in PvP

They’ll prolly nerf devour to not give full health on orb pick up and/or make reaper be a chance to give an orb or just make it not work in pvp

He gets carried lol. When he played with ifrost and zkmushroom he always got carried so hard every game. Now he plays with other ppl worse than him to look better. I like him but hes not as good as the hype says

@@joshlong6733 it’s bc he plays 6 sens controller. in other words he sacrifices awareness and reaction speed for more aim assist. hence why he uses smgs,snipers, pulse rifles. they all aim for u when u play on low sens
