Hello spartan. Cholesterol isn't really impacted by diet dip to speak. In fact our cell is contained in a lipid called cholesterol plus our brains use it too. Even more evidence is emerging it's not hdl, ldl but the metabolic issues like diabetes and coronary disease is caused by sugar intake.

Losing weight and keeping blood sugar under control his HDL should go up and triglycerides go down.

Our body produces enough cholesterol, cholesterol is not a nutrient, any outside LDL cholesterol is inherently bad. There is a hierarchy for scientific literature, what your looking at is editorial, expert opinions and case reports, instead of cohort studies and randomized control trials. There is also emerging "evidence" that the earth if flat, so what? Why focus on that 1 study instead of the 99 saying it's false? Yeah im currently trying to lose weight have been for 4 years now and i keep failing Ill lose 10 kilos and then go up again i eat healthy as well i just eat too much being 85 kgs at 14 fucking sucks its ruined my life basically

To be fair, as long as you don't eat the fries or drink any of their beverages, the burger in it self isn't all that unhealthy. Ok, the white bread bun isn't the best option of bread, and drop the cheese. But still, as long as it hasn't been into a fryer, it's not that unhealthy. What is unhealthy however, is to order the super size meal..
