This sharp, angled hoe is drawn through the soil towards the gardener - effectively cultivating the soil and chopping / removing all weeds in its path.
Forged from high-carbon, laminated steel heat-treated for strength and edge retention.
FSC Hardwood Handle.
Overall Length 30cm

do you use with long handle and can it cut along borders like a scythe (yes, very small path of cut vs scythe)

Hi M M, it's not really designed as a scythe - as you say, the cut would be too small. It's designed to chop down it to soil to slice through roots; to be drawn towards the gardener to cultivate the soil; or to target single weeds with the pointed tip. Hope this helps!

not very well made. It's weak at the point where in goes into the handle. Starts loosening after a few months of use.
