I can't appreciate this enough. I not only have severe chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia to the point where I am housebound, but I also am a below the knee amputee. Which means I am unable to do most yoga and aerobic exercises because they require ankle movement for bending, stretching, balancing and jumping. But I am able to do these exercises just fine, and I can tell the difference in my body afterward - more general body relaxation and less of that pent-in stress feeling. Keep these up, they are great!
