I agree too. I very scared for the plaintiff and her safety. I hope she gets as far away from the defendant her ex immediately. I am worried that she will end up in two places and that’s the hospital and or six feet under. I honestly would hate to read about the plaintiff in the news and yes judge Milian is right. Honestly there’s something wrong and way off with him. He cannot control himself or he doesn’t know how to control himself. He has lost his mind. He’s also way too immature acting like an 8 year old boy in an adult’s body and has the audacity to call the plaintiff goofy? My heart and prayers go out to the plaintiff.

Exactly my thoughts. His demeanor is like a loose cannon and ready to fire. He has the nerve talking about how the plaintiff is being goofy and have a counterclaim against the plaintiff? He has lost his mind. Showing up in court wearing a football jersey as if he was going to a football game. There’s something far off and wrong with him. He can’t control himself. Damn sure can’t control himself in court. She needs to move as far away from him as possible before she ends up hurt or worse dead. Sometimes restraining orders don’t help. My prayers are with the plaintiff.

When JM asked if he said that she's a target and he replied, "Yep," my reaction was 😨...Scary when ppl blatantly admit to things that us unhinged folks know is just wrong...like slashing tires...or witness tampering. I also love that he was too dumb to even realize that JM was setting him up to admit what he did. This guy proudly bragged about paying a witness $500. She's been known to let litigants know that she's going to share incriminating evidence to authorities. I hope that she did that for this woman's sake. He needs to be locked away.

This guy's not right and I'm sure he'll violate the protection order. One other thing. Your appearance also gives creedence to your credibility. If you're going to the corner bar to watch a football game, you wear a jersey. When you come to court, you dress appropriately.

I'm so not defending him, but 1) It's not a real court, 2) I try not to judge, especially considering that not everyone can afford "dressy" attire, and 3) this was during COVID, so you never know what ppl were going through. Even with her, you can tell that she had on a hoodie underneath. It looks like someone gave her a cardigan to cover up.
