Burst Your Picking Speed!
This one is a Mind-Blowing string-skipping fast-picking exercise by Michael Romeo. He is playing 16th notes at 156 bpm which is quite fast and he is using string skipping between d and high e strings and which will burst your picking speed and dexterity.
This is one of the best string-skipping exercises for improving speed and dexterity. The song name In The Dragon's Den by Symphony X

Good question! It starts with sextuplets so accent the first notes of the sextuplets later on the 16th notes on the e and d string skipping part so accent the first note of the 16th notes🤘 (Start 6 notes later 4 notes)

String skipping 4 strings at the end. I’m moving the patterns on D string to G instead.Feels better but distance is smaller jumping to the D. Even though the distance is Shorter feels like bigger jump?

If you slow down the video a lot and closely watch his picking hand, you'll see he is applying pickslanting to his playing, its just a really, really small movement. I know Ozz has talked about avoiding pickslanting in his videos, but its a movement that happens almost subconsciously sometimes. If you're struggling, what I like to do is: Take this lick, for example: - Play it for 5 minutes at an extremely slow speed, paying close attention to my picking hand and trying to make small adjustments to the movement, so that they're as controlled and efficient as possible. - Play the same lick for 5 minutes at a medium tempo, trying to apply the same movements and adjustements - Play the same lick for 5 minutes at a high tempo, trying to apply the same movements and adjustements

@@heitornolla obviously he does if he does not his pick will get stuck between the strings whenever you have even number of bots like 1,3,5,7 you have to change the pick slanting

@@MsDavo123 So?? I mean, thats literally the n1 rule of pickslanting: to change it when you have an uneven number of notes on a string. I dont see what the fuzz is about
