Glad to hear it was just a relay,good job on the diagnostic. My 1991 is a mechanical inline six and I just bought a 2001 with a t444e,definitely a little intimidating with all the electronics.

Thanks for the reply, the starter is in good condition i jumped it with a push button and is turning. I will try the relay check for power etc tomorrow

Thanks for the video!! I love your bus. I have a similar compass on m hood as well. 1987 International 6.9 L IDI I have a no start issue that has taken me down a rabbit hole. I’m looking for a wiring diagram for the bus console panel.

Thanks for the information. I checked all the fuses, over the battery, and inside as well, all good. I unplugged the relays and made a 12v battery relay tester and can hear and continuity test the switching is working. So seems not my fuses and relays. The concept I don't completely understand is how to test the power lines on the harness plugging into the IDM/ECM. A video on testing that with a multi-meter would be helpful or at least an explanation for someone like myself who is learning. Is it as simple as turning on the key to ON, and sticking a Red positive prong in voltage mode into the harness power wire port, and Black prong into the ground port and monitoring for 12 volts?

Hoping you can give me some info. I have a 1960 School bus with rear Widowmakers. Had the tires replaced and upon driving home found I had no brakes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Brakes were fine until tire replacement. Thanks you!
