It doesn’t matter how unbelievable it is as a film it works perfectly the tension the build up even the music even when the police cars peel away and the camera painting up from the bus to reveal how big of a gap actually is especially after considering that the main character Mac and others have already talked about how big it is yet they have not shown the audience and of course the job itself when the film came out theaters were nothing short of avengers crazy when that bus landed and I for one always enjoy the scene knowing full well that it’s not fucking possible in real life however much like A divers tank blowing up a shark in Jaws it’s movie magic it works in universe of the film and it’s a classic all around! :-)

I'm so glad we had experts in physics to tell us that the bus wouldn't magically shoot up into the air to offset the gravity.

GMC Newlook's were the bomb. Great piece of machine.

Where they messed up at is that they used both 35ft and 40ft buses, the jump was a 35ft bus unless the angle of the camera made it seem shorter but as a bus lover im sure it was 35ft.

I have already been a getaway bus driver, and now, after watching this video, I want to become a stunt bus driver!! Or, perhaps, a NASCAR transit bus division racing bus driver!! How about it, Hollywood?! How about it, NASCAR?! Waiting anxiously to hear from either one, or both, of you!!!!
