Most major streets were not plowed that day and a few days after!!! I rode on the next bus so I actually don't know what happened to that bus. It must have gotten out by now. :P

@1958boomergirl ETS doesn't use winter tires unfortunately... They use highway tires that have practically no tread on them...

Thanks for your $0.02... However, I've seen the style of tires that are used on ETS buses firsthand, and regardless if they are replaced often or not, they are not really ideal for winter applications. I'm not criticizing the fleet or ETS or the City of Edmonton (I am a proud Edmontonian, and use ETS quite frequently) in the least (just expressing my $0.02), so chill.... p.s the "fuck you" was not required. Front wheel drive only ges better traction in a small sedan car where the engine is up front over the front In buses the engine is in the back near the rear wheel so in a larger vehicle like this it would be the opposite and get even less traction with front wheel drive.
