This octopus dish is really popular with older ajummas and ajushis. The younger generation doesn't like it because it's still moving. But it's still very popular in South Korea. I like the humane way she removed the brain and mouth from each octopus.

I think it's not that bad. And eating raw is normal. Animals eat each other raw. If you think that preparing is cruel, you should go and watch how it's done with normal animals like chickens or cows, that you like so much to eat.
