like the recipe will take double dollop cream Bush scones Ingredience 3 -4 cups pf fresh SR flour 300 mls lemonade 300 mls cream Method make a well in flour and put in lemonade and cream and mix with a knife. Don knead, pat to 2-3 cm cut to shape with knife .place on a tray Cooking place 2 shovels of coals away from fire, place camp oven with trivet on bottom. place scones on trivet put lid on ans another 2 shovels of coals on top. Cook for 15 mins.

They look great. I usually carry a UHT carton of cream, only some supermarkets have it but its good to have on hand with a small can of lemonade and they dont take up any refrigerator space. You cant beat this recipe for good results IMHO.
