@@erkl8823 sorry but you don’t close your hand to throw a punch at the start, you close it into a fist as you’re reaching the target, it makes for a quicker and more snappy punch. It’s also good to have a more open hand for your rear guard hand so that you can catch and parry punches, you just don’t know what you’re talking about sadly.
