So what is the cartridge ceiling for this thing? I'm assuming it won't suppress the likes of the .408 Cheytac or .416 barrett.

is this good for 338 Lapua

Native Boy414 we shot it in the video on .300 RUM, which has a higher max pressure than .338LM. I will confirm in the AM and get back. If it is, it’ll be 24” barrel minimum.

J N different. Biggest difference? Optimus has a 1.375” diameter tube which is a bit better on pistols for sight clearance. The Bushwhacker has a 1.5” tube which provides it more volume and optimal sound performance for the larger 45cal hunting cartridges that are getting popular like 450 bushmaster, 458 socom, 45-70 etc

Will be a great can for the new guys who still believe “theyll only buy one can”.. not sure I’ll buy one being that I’m on #5 but I’d sure like to shoot it.
