1. Asking more closed ended questions 2. Put an time line for the survey closure 3. Take the sr. managemnent help for the good survey responce technique 4. Do follow up after the survey answer to get an proper insignt for the answer for a user 5. Have Proper Goals | end user idea of target market | what are the current challenges and what they the client expects on the future product

1. Through this technique people will not hesitate to share their thoughts. 2. IT is an easy method to collect appropriate data if target audience is correct. 3.there should be proper time line for survey. 4. Open ended and closed ended questions are very important for the survey.
