Bernard Arnault is one of the richest men alive. Forbes has named him one of the world's 100 greatest living business minds. And considering that he oversees a portfolio of over 70 brands and nearly 3,900 retail stores, that doesn’t seem to be an understatement.
As you can guess, amassing so many companies doesn’t happen without ruffling some feathers, though. And while Arnault was once a recluse who got his start in engineering and construction, he eventually made his fortune through brutal takeovers in a bid to collect as many luxury consumer brands as possible. Curious to find out how he turned LVMH into the empire that it is today and learn some useful business strategy lessons along the way? Then don’t miss this video!

People are overlooking that he grew a small family business into that $15 million he used to buy Dior... it's not like his daddy threw him $15m to keep him busy, he helped to earn it.

His dad gave him the CEO position. Ghe video said he took 15mil from the family. It didnt come from him. Not saying he did work hard & had some business sense but he could never had done this without his rich parents.

No, his family was already rich…obviously! They gave him $15m and he received another $45m from an already successful company. He never started off with no money…he had money. I respect a person who starts our with absolutely NO MONEY.

The video is too typical. Good graphics but it’s too good that it rubs off like any typical KZfaq video trying to grab views. The narrator voice is also too commercial.

I believe my own abilities to do another places for living. Don’t use that helps to do anything to my mind .
