Well, the nuke truck can kill you as I have done it so many times but it now is either rare to happen or it was a bug!

it's not a bug its a thing and you actually can kill other players that weren't inside their vehicles no pvp required as long as you stay outside any vehicle you will die from explosion

6:19 Yeah, but you used the booster and technically it can't reach it's top speed from 0. Especially without the booster. Technically true but it can be false under certain circumstances.
