this scene was unusual to me, usually the opposite happens and they collide into each others arms. but the more I think about it, the more I appreciate how she held her boundary up. That is a pretty big deal for me.

She now needs to clear her mind and process her feelings, which she knows are real (she confessed it to Erika) to start something with Jim. But once They'll be together, it'll be forever ❤️

Street is dating their commander's daughter. Chris knows its not easy not just because of them being on the same team, but because of Street's relationship. The writers seem just to be pushing this...so they can both move on. I think it would mess up the team dynamic too much even if i think they would be a good couple, I just don't see it working unless they leave somewhere else in Swat or something.

tbh realistic street and Chris aren’t gonna get together. She’s literally packing up Erikas things and he comes in talking about I was relieved that it wasn’t you...nope I usually love street but that was fucked up. Chris will not be cool with him after that and not only that but they are both on the same swat team they can’t date. Not everyone wants to see street and Chris together 1. it most likely will ruin their whole friendship 2. And mess up the team dynamic. Street can like her all he wants but unless she can honestly forgive him for the crap he said in this episode and one of them leaves swat then they aren’t gonna be together. They’re better as friends the writers are pushing and they know it and that’s why they did a scene like this. Like honestly think about it if street and Chris were gonna be together this wouldn’t have been the way to go about its cause a scene like this isn’t moving forward in their relationship romantically it’s taking like 10 steps back in their friendship.
