As a bangali I can see the situation is really very bad in bengal. No infrastructure is built, whatever was left are rotting nowadays. People only do begging or free stuffs. No jobs, no buisness. Mamata came as a good hope for people, but when she came to power , all members from previous CPIM party joined TMC and corrupted. So basically it's now same party, different name in bengal. I don't think it's so. TMC n Mamta has a strong criminal foothold in Bengal n it's very difficult without a high majority for the ruling party to do proper work. As of now BJP needs proper majority to do such work. Plus, you see how our opposition doesn't even let parliament work for many days and how they just defame our country, culture and ruling party not just in our country but outside our country too. Plus, you see already just how BJP government is being hualed as they are called autocratic and fascist etc. so it needs time to solve issues one by one and it needs support from this country's citizens to come in power with major MAJOR support so they can do things they promise in their manifesto.

The central govt needs to save it as WB has a very important geopolitical position. It shares borders with Nepal, Bangladesh, China etc. It connects India with it's NE. It needs to be saved.
