All facts are beautifully distorted and are incomplete...yoga is not bad..good for body and soul....but it will not bring salvation...thats why it does not have place in Sikhism...People might be doing yoga at the time of Gurus...but all the Gurus clearly states that this will not bring a union with God...secondly it distracts the people who are offering prayers there...Guru Granth Sahib ji mentions clearly that yoga will not bring "MOKSHA" even if done for ages... Please bring the correct facts...
