I remember when I was 9 years old I over mixed heavy whipping cream and it went chunky just like you show. I didn't realize I had made butter and no in my family knew so I ended up throwing it out and starting all over.

I prefer steel gears over plastic which ages, gets brittle, breaks. Give me the Heritage material of steel, so we can return to true Generational household goods.
