Butter Murukku (Snack)
INGREDIENTS
Rice Flour - 3 Cups
Roasted Gram Flour - 1 Tblsp
Bengal Gram Flour - 1/2 Cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Butter - 1 Tblsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Oil - For Deep Frying
METHOD
1. Mix all the flours together in a bowl with salt and cumin seeds.
2. Add butter and blend well with finger tips.
3. Separate to three parts. To one part add enough water and knead to a dough.
4. Squeeze directly to hot oil through a murukku press to which star disc is fixed.
5. Deep fry until crisp turning over now and then.
6. Drain on a colander.
