Here is the video for beginners, If you are interested in this kind of cake decoration you won't miss this video, I design to do 3 EPs for this Easy Peasy flower. Don't forget to follow all 3 EP 3 for this practice that I am really keen on doing for inspired you who have the same passion with me :D
For this first (EP1) Video I show you on the marble plate with American buttercream. My easy recipe is 400 grams. unsalted butter and 800 grams. Icing sugar.

Hello! I’ve done this before and keep in mind you will want a frozen cake so that you have a hard surface to smear the flowers on. I put my cake in the freezer for at least 30 mins
