All I gotta say is do this exact thing but with cold icing works like a charm .. soft icing doesn’t give the same petals that cold ones do .. plus u don’t need to build up as much the cold icing does it naturally which gives more realistic petals ..

How very beautiful and creative! The funny thing is, this goes against everything we are taught about making perfect flowers (individually) to place on a cake, so it feels a bit strange, at first. But, so fun and so different. I love it! This would be fun to do on cupcakes, with each one being different. Thank you so much for this video!

Yeah this can work. It’s slap dash, muted and a bit messy yet perhaps with vibrant colors and the entire side done in greens and flowers 💐 it could become more impressive. Invoking a Tiki bar look tropical thing. The ragged edge was hideous though. I think with this much texture going on, the actual cake needs to be crisp and neat.

It's about the frosting technique...not the inside of the cake.
