Wow this made so much sense!! I learned butterfly before kipping and then had a hspu shoulder injury n couldn't butterfly for a couple years so Kipping it was. But I tried thinking about like this made it click!! So awesome!!

Thank you for walktrough. I have an issue where i get an immense bicepspump when going for highrep butterfly c2b.. is that a fault in my movement or i have weak lats?

Without seeing you move, we would assume it’s either mobility and/or movement issues. The best athletes make this movement about grip and dynamic hip extension vs. pulling. If you slow down your videos you should be able to see your arms staying long as you load your hips, then bending only after hip extension.

So im feeling my shoulders separate at the bottom during the kick. I can do around 15 strict pullups and this feels like 100% joint work.

You have to engage your lats and learn how to use them while performing the movements
