Wings look great. But just as a cooking tip for others, 1. Remove feather stragglers from wings. 2. When frying, never fill a shallow cooking pan more than halfway, to minimize oil over flowing and creating a grease fire. 3. Place draining/cooling rack over a sheet pan for easier clean up.
