why are the resale per square foot prices so different even in the same neighborhoods? You guys are getting Californiaitis in regards to pricing. $220 per ft. is crazy. These homes still need upgrades and modernization. I was thinking of moving to Vegas but now I think I'll stay where I'm at. Unless you guys come down to earth on your prices.

@@gordonbrasher2879 If dollar goes down, inflation goes up, which means prices will rise. If that's the case, you'd get in now while dollar is decent. Vegas needs more inventory for these prices to come down. Too much demand for limited supply in Vegas right now.

Hey Chakits... love you’re KZfaq channel, but I work with tao group as well as many other industry strip folks. Tao pool is closed for the next year for a remodel. They had plans to be closed this year pre-Covid

80 k for a pool you got ripped off. Lol I got my pool for 45 k a 30k gallon huge pool, from desert springs pool. These people buying homes right now are fools, they are in denial of what’s happening in our pandemic, the collapse is gonna happening around the corner.

The city is big enough now for strong local economy. Its like a hurricane, once it passes the threshold and picks up energy, then it just spins on it’s own, because there’s 2+ mil people that need everything and have to live here. Plus entertainment will always be in demand as long as people still stress.
