Nice Jeep! I agree to only cover a vehicle with a breathable cover, but I've had to park them on sheet plastic or tarps to trap the condensation rather than have it go up and rot the underbody and frame. Poor man's concrete, LOL! just make sure the tarp is under the wheels and against the ground so airflow circulates above it. The condensation will stay under the tarp or plastic, won't hurt the ground, but would hurt the car if not trapped.

I think it has the original, Levi's denim blue dashpad, which is pretty rare now. I had a 1978 CJ5 , Levi's edition that had the denim blue seats, top, and dashpad. I've owned five, CJ5s over the years (currently have a 1983) they are probably the most impractical vehicle on the road, but the most fun to drive at the same time. If you are new to owning a CJ, drive w/caution for a while, it requires much attention/care to drive safely. Congrats, enjoy.

After you get it running and driving you're done. Don't really need any update videos since that Jeep (not car) is in great condition. As a Jeep guy, I wouldn't do much else to that CJ other than clean it up and drive it. Enjoy it!

Great looking CJ. Hope you do more videos about the CJ and what you have to do to get it running and roadworthy. If you need any original parts and can't find them let me know. There's a guy not far from me that has about anything you can think of from all the old AMC Jeep CJ's, Wagoners, Cherokee Chiefs, etc. I've got his contact info and he ships all over the world.

It's not a van, not a truck, not a wagon, not a bike or a trike, not an SUV and surely not a CAR!!! I don't know why but is pisses me off to no end when people call anything with four wheels a car. It's a flippin' Jeep. (pssss, it even says it on the fenders and behind the spare tire on the tailgate) That is a sweet looking Jeep!

This is the real jeep. New model wrangler jeep more fancy type.. they should bring its iconic culture..

there's a nice looking jeep under all of that crap. those old cj's were tough as nails. the body was the only weak point. a buddy of mine had a '78 he used as a log skidder. the body was rotting off of it, and there was a hole in the floor you could watch the driveshaft spin through, but it would still pull a 25' log out of the woods.

I need both driver's and passenger's side zipper windows for my Wrangler! Someone broke in to it about a year ago by cutting the plastic windows with a knife, (bastards!) and new ones from the dealership are almost $500 each! (anything from the dealership is highway robbery!) Anyway, I can find them online for $60 to $110 each, but it's difficult to trust that when they arrive they'll be complete, (with the pins that slide down into the doors,) and that they're in good enough condition for the effort, ya dig?! Peace ✌️

I had to LOL just watching them do basic problem solving wow, has a come along but doesn't use it then doesn't have a trailer with a winch OK has to be a PRO or maybe have a block and tackle set up so you can pull from the side

I wish I could send a picture of my barn find 77 Jeep cj 5 all original paint bright orange and black it has 63,000 miles I got it from the frist onwer 15 year's ago and the only thing that has changed on it is the barn it still wears the same set of tires it had when I bought it I gave 3200.00 for it when I bought mine I've been offered 14,000 and still have it I think i will wait a nother 10 years and then sell it may bring 25 or better mine runs and drives any time you want to go i just don't drive it it drives terrible by way of the Jeep
