This past year, my sister also discovered a lump. And when she got to the biopsy... It was cancerous. Just yesterday, she finished her FINAL treatment. I cheered when you shared the biopsy was clear. ♥️ I really enjoyed watching you and Eamon explore houses and talk about all the cool what-if dreams you see in it.

(I run a tech company remotely but I'll help with anything from cleaning the bathrooms to setting up your website, reservations and communities!)

The campground is GENIUS. Especially since the generation coming up loves the nomadic lifestyle.

Your renters will appreciate the privacy!!!

Bec, I’ve been there & it turned out mine was but we caught it early. I only needed surgeries no radiation or chemo, but the fear was just as real. I’m so glad yours wasn’t!!!! Big huge hugs!!

The campground could basically pay for itself! You could even eventually do a few tiny houses here and there for those without vans or rv's and could charge way more than just a campsite!

I absolutely loved the first two properties! I’m with Amon that the cedar places would be so hard because you can’t change the layout at all. The first and second I would drive all the way from Colorado to stay at!

Oh my gosh I am sorry sorry to hear about your fearful situation. Thank God it is not cancer!! My wife just had double mastectomy surgery. We have been living through that very situation. Our prayers will be with you as you move through the lumpectomy and toward healing.

I was diagnosed with stage for cervical cancer in October 2019, it has spread to my lymph nodes I’ve done 25 rounds of radiation three rounds of chemo and Internal radiation . I was 39 And so scared . I didn’t really have a bucket list , I only wanted to be a grandma and hope it was a little girl, I didn’t think that day was going to happen for me, but I’m happy to say My granddaughter was born December 8th 2021 , watching my son be a father is really the blessing . I’m not dying from cancer I’m living with cancer and sometimes I think it could be worse . I’m kind of a new follower and I’ve been binge watching all your videos and as I lay in my comfortable bed I just want you to know that you help me forget even if it’s for one hour and I am truly grateful for that . Showing love and support from a fellow Canadian. Xox

Campground is by far the best investment property. A lot of learning to do upfront but after some time it would actually be the least work, physically. The home on that property also looks like it could be a good option if you want to start a family.

Me and my ex husband used to watch your videos when he got back from chemotherapy. He survived one and half years with testicular cancer but he went through hell. You guys helped lessen his pain through your videos somehow. But he passed in march this year n it's still hard sometimes. Couldnt get myself to watch your videos after he passed for so long coz we watched together every sunday after i bathed him. Really happy to hear it's not cancer. God bless you guys and stay safe.

Girl, wow. Your news hit a raw nerve and my heart goes out to you. 2020 right after lockdown in the states I found something. Didn’t want to risk exposure at the dr so I didn’t go in. A month later I had “dimpling of the breast.” I know this was not a good as my grandmother had that and she died of breast cancer at the young age of 68. So I called. Thankfully because I was an established patient and my family history I got right in. Much like you that appointment went from one type of scan to another. After which was waiting, biopsy, more waiting, confirmation it was a tumor, more waiting, schedule a lumpectomy and finally surgery. In the four months I felt the tumor it had grown from a small not to the size of a golf ball. And OH the pain! After surgery and a pathology report we finally got confirmation it was benign. I cannot begin to tell you how relived we were! Had it not been removed it would have consumed the breast and continued to other parts of my body and a full mastectomy would have been needed. I am forever grateful for the medical team, family and friends that got me through that season. The joy and crying was overwhelming to know I was going to be OK! I hugged my kids so tight incredibly thankful that I would continue to be there for them. I don’t know what you have planned next medically but if you have anything removed I HIGHLY recommend front closure bras. You can find these on Amazon if you search for mastectomy bras. So much love and empathy to you!!!! ❤️

You've had a stressful year! I hope you take time to take care of yourself, to de-stress and to really enjoy your newly renovated place with friends and family before plunging into the next big project! I am so happy your biopsy was normal. I can't imagine what you were going through emotionally. You've been through such a hard time over the past 1-2 years with the things you've both gone through. You've both been put through such a hard time but have persevered. So happy for and proud of you both for overcoming such tough obstacles and coming out on the other end and spreading the pure happy energy that radiates from both of you. Watching your videos is always just such a highlight for me and I always come away in a better mood.

I haven't been watching KZfaq for a little while and have just gotten back to watching. In all my years watching I've only made comments about 3-4 times. I feel I truly have to comment here. I wasn't so lucky with my diagnosis. I had it in 2 places twice on my left side (breast and armpit both times) and have been trying to recover for the past 3 years.
