Question is.... does Toyota South Africa the manufacturing plant in Durban still supply the OEM parts for thos model car? Then it should not be a worry replacing the parts.

Only body panels. I worked at Stamping division before and they still do AE92 &90

A good condition version (clearly not the one in this video) can run up to near 100k. The Ae92 is similar to the Ae86 and RunX in that it was a respected edition both locally and in Japan with a very strong aftermarket parts community. Thus you will pay slightly more than what it should normally cost at its age. But the one in this video is not only modified with bad aftermarket parts that were installed sloppily, but the whole car as a whole was not well looked after. I don't mind a slightly modified car if it is clear that the owner was on top of its maintenance.

Brother, I don't understand a single word of what you wrote... but I completely agree with everything you wrote. The price to high for an old car that's in this condition.
