Is it different depending on the region? I counted the cp in the video if I’m not wrong it’s 5710 and I buy cp in $ and less than $100 would be enough for me to get the full draw and have lots of leftover cp. I can get 5000 cp for $50 is it different?

I usually don't believe that kind of luck, but I was trying to get the robot love suicide emote because I had 350 cp to spend, and I end up getting the legendary kilo boot gun on the 3rd try with just 75 cp.

depends on what blueprints or character u like. Those in day of reckoning looks quite basic, I know Heist has a nice PKM bluprint and Nightmare has some pretty good stuff too
