The reason why I got excited about Subto was that I saw Pace training one of his students recently and being afraid to talk to agents and I thought to myself the easiest person to close is an agent! Because they want to get paid just like Jerry Norton was saying. If you can emphasize to the agent that they have an opportunity to get paid on this deal by helping their sellers get close to their top price with terms and the investor taking over payments with very little down then it's a huge win-win for everyone involved. Agents want to get PAID, you just have to make them understand how Subto works and paint a clear picture to the seller so they understand how everyone can win in this transaction by taking over their monthly mortgage payment. I understand your point, and I'm direct to agent as well:), But when you are completely new, it feels MUCH more intimidating to me at least, talking to professionals that have been in the business forever, know the lingo, and can spot a fake easily. When direct seller, You can fake it till you make it, Not SO much with many agents who can just sense a person that's wasting their time and it doesn't know what they're doing.

@@Jackjack1978. Yes foshoo! I trained a lot of newbie agents and they are the BEST to train because they are so coachable so I get it that Pace's student was scared the first time calling agents. I wasn't knocking her. I just got excited myself because I can close realtors easily using Pace Subto training. :)

I'm loving these videos, and thank you both so much for doing them. My husband just locked in his first joint venture deal. It's a hybrid, and the deal is about to close and my husband is going to get $5000 for our family. My husband is making 50% commission of of $10k, and that $5k is so needed and life changing for our family. So now I'm blazing down this path with him, and I'll be learning how to be a transaction coordinator after I finish this series.
