Is it ok to feed your dog fast food? Aren't they too greasy and high in fat and salt?

I mean, don’t do it unless for some reason you can’t feed them something else. Obviously, she has resources to feed him proper food. With any type of bulldog breed especially, they are more prone to health issues, particularly due to weight gain… so it does upset me a little to see :/
