Keep it, you would be pressed to find another one owner, especially black. I always regretted the ones I let go. The clicking is the A/C compressor engaging.

Actually 2004 and a half was the beginning, so only 2 and a half years. I own a 97 Sahara I bought new and a 2005 LJ Rubicon (1 of 5.6k). I feel very blessed, especially with the conditions they're in. Both here in SoCal.

Actually, Jeep made the “LJ” or Jeep Wrangler Unlimited TJ for 3 years. 2004, 2005, 2006

Definitely keep it! Fellow NH’er and I found a 99 TJ this past spring in a barn, bought it for a very fair price too, I’ll never get rid of it!

And........ I did a quick check. No new content on the LJ? I am in the market for a used TJ, and enjoy seeing what folks have experienced with a used TJ. Nice video. Cool being able to have adventures with your brother.

Keep it just the way it is, spray a rust converter on the frame and store it... they are already selling for 20k+

Bought a 2004 LJ in 2018 from my best friends wife on Long Island with 32,000 miles for $4,000. Has the 4.0 liter and the 4 speed automatic. Do the simple maintenance on it oil and filter changes and tuneups. Put new tires on last year and serpentine belt and a pulley assembly. Leaked water into dash and blew out my ac/heater blower motor but brought that to shop to repair. First and second repairs failed but the work was warranted so they successfully repaired it a third time. Now has 66,000 miles and still runs great.

Ditch the TJ and use the money to lift and mod the LJ!! That is my dream Jeep as well so 😂

Excellent score. Sell the TJ. Use the $ to do the rust repair and respray on LJ body panels. 2.5" lift and you have a rare Jeep you can drive and enjoy.

Why pay to extend your original jeep when you have this one. Take whatever off of ur original throw it on here and sell the old one.

Sell your original jeep you just bought the one you wanted take your Jeep’s mods and put them in the new one sell the old one and use the money for the new jeep and c5 I miss it
