I also saw, it could be that the charger is faulty and has live ground, reasons to get a RCCB Or ELCB installed. My rcb tripped by my fridge board failing a bit and letting live get to the (I like the name of the board) SHAKTIMAN UI board pins, I know because I bypassed rcb and could not find shock out side, but if I touch the pins to the SHAKTIMAN UI it gives shock feeling, I know since I was testing board and touched pins and got feeling, and I touched all and yeah all gave shock....... Demonstrates how a board can internal short circuit to live and no the fridge board isn't exposed to cold and moisture it's outside. I also got shock before from laptop charger BUT it's not fault of the charger, because the problem is earth seriyaa pudikala, once I put new earth in and properly pour water in the soil it is rectified

This is just a humidifier which we use here in the USA during winter. It's dangerous for health when used in tropical countries like India even in ventilated environment.
