ill pass em sometimes if i got a bird coming in on a string, but i work hard to take out a bunch when the does start droppin fawns so I like to think I do my duty ;)

In MA coyotes are only in season in the fall

Coyotes have virtually no impact on a healthy turkey population. Zero. What you believe is fiction, not fact. Racoons, opossums and certain snakes - now they have an impact on nests, but even then its minimal. If you are in the South you need to be WAY WAY more concerned about habitat destruction from the abysmal timber management practices of the paper companies (already a lost cause) and KZfaq videos promoting turkey hunting that send ever more yo-yos out into the turkey woods each season to hunt an ever shrinking turkey population.

@@rudblumentritt3558 you have some strong points, even though you come off as an ass hat, Mr. Fiction.. Coyotes are a big problem with the rabbit population decline.. Some people hunt rabbits too,,,,, FACT.. Now go and fact check your wife, so she can slap you down..

@@rudblumentritt3558 as for your strong points,, I manage my personal land,, that’s all I can do.. I trap, burn and plant.. Timber companies suck, but there isn’t much we can do.. I’ve voiced my concern to the powers that be, about moving our turkey season to coincide with Alabama or GA.. Our season opening 5 days early is killing us more than YT,, though they don’t help.. Now,, let me go to sleep so I can foot race the 5 other people into this 100acre Kansas WIHA in the morning..
