As a Filipino, Rie saying that her favorite fastfood is Jollibee felt like a true honor 🥹 Almost every Filipino would agree that Jollibee is our comfort food ever since we were little kids. Jollibee will always taste like home. 🥰

okay wait, woah. Knowing Rie, who doesn't like most fast food chains, and saying "I love Jollibee, this is my favorite Fast Food..." makes me feel so honored! 🥺 Edit/update(?): wow didn’t know Rie + Jollibee can get a lot of hate lmao 😂 1) Maybe it is sponsored, idk. But Rie has a big name in the industry and even her friends and colleagues respect her opinions when it comes to food. She’s always been straight and honest, saying things like “I have never tried….” “I don’t like…..” “this has a lot of food coloring” “it tastes artificially sweet” was the whole point of me getting giddy on that video. So for the haters, you either don’t know Rie at all nor haven’t watched any of her videos. If you came to hate in a harmless food vlog, you’re the problem. 2) To the one who mentioned abt our current president. Not sure what’s your experience with Filipinos, but I do agree on the part on how they choose our leader. Still F can’t believe he won.

Hi! Here in the Philippines, we have Jollibee everywhere (halos bawat kanto meron diba). So Jollibee is "normal". Imagine when non-Filipino friends eat with me at Jollibee (it is their first time) and they tell me that Chickenjoy is the best!

Holy crap! This is it! I come from Philippines 🇵🇭 where Jollibee is from, and I feel so grateful and honored that Rie has attempted and made Jollibee fast food fancy! I have never clicked on something so fast in my life! Love Japan and their food a lot and I love everything Rie has posted!

Being 1/4 Filipino is a big part of my life. And though I've never had Jollibee, but of course I would love it if we had some here in NC the food I've been told is AMAZING and very similar to what I have everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!

I love this idea, I wish there was a "make it quick and easy" version of some of my favorite recipes too bc fancy isn't always practical. Maybe, they already have one on the channel idk, but dumplings would be a great one for sure.

I love it when Rie said that " chicken wise she like thigh since it is flavorful but if you order chicken breast you feel like you get more, it's a life hack" Hahhaahaha I literally laugh because that's what I always think when ordering chicken, I really really really love Jollibee, jut like Rie it is my favorite fastfood restaurant if someone were to treat me between a 5 star restaurant and Jollibee, I'll choose Jollibee, my happiness is very small for others but very big for me. So back to topic, when ordering chickenjoy, you can say what part of chicken that you want, I love the drumstick and thighs more but chicken breast and wings do gives you more to eat so I always chose between the two haha , it's a "life hack" just like what Rie said haha

I haven't watch "make it fancy" for a while now.. the way Rie said "Make it Fancy" in the beginning of the video send goosebumps to my spine.. I used to watch this channel alot and then I got chase away from home and I got busy to get my life in order.. I guess u can't really know how much a words can impact someone's life🥺

Jollibee is a beloved Filipino fast food chain. Over the past few days, I’ve grown tired of eating their crispy fried chicken and sweet spaghetti. Seems like everywhere we go, there will always be a Jollibee right around the corner. Rie is pretty talented as a cook. She’s the major highlight of the Tasty channel. Without her, Tasty just wouldn’t be the same.

As a Filipino who lives near a Jollibee branch and works in a place where Jollibee is just across the street, I still find it intriguing when non-Filipinos say that Jollibee is the best. I mean, I eat Jollibee 3x a week (sometimes more), so for me, Jollibee is "normal".
