Some states will never allow this to be registered for road use. Mississippi is one example. Check your state's laws before purchase. However, if you take it on the road anyways, you can't be identified by a license plate ;)

Road legal in rural areas is a lot different than street legal

In 1985 my dad had a ATC 200X street legal in Germany. I had a LTZ 400, a Yfz 450 and a Kingquad street legal here.

You can get a tail light for a 2002-2003 R1 with integrated sequential turn signals from moto dynamic that is a perfect fit for the new yfzr’s. I did it on my 2018 yfz450r and it works amazing.

In South Dakota we ride them on the streets, registeration plates etc. Alexandria South Dakota and Mitchell. Those dinky turn signals are a sign that this video is just for fun.

This NEEDS to happen!! I live in Illinois and this state takes takes stacks upon stacks of the most taxes I’ve ever lived and worked in. We just legalized pot and it’s producing millions of revenue. If prisker used his mind for producing new ideas to get our state back on the straight and narrow, and more importantly fixing pot holes everywhere so we don’t keep having motor cycle/vehicle accidents on the interstates and us hwys. injuries or deaths will go WAY DOWN by legalizing ATV (4-wheelers) use on the roadways after undergoing an inspection. There are already warnings of 16 and under not to ride so really thinks wouldn’t change, instead of 1 to 2pwople on a motorcycle it would be 1 or 2 people on a 4 tire vehicle w/bright-dim front light(S) tail, and left/rite marker/signal tights. Hell, not to mention the tire user fee all Illinoisan’s have to pay on all DOT tires when u buy them. Semi tractors have Federal Excise Tax and pick-up, cars, and motorcycles have a tire user fee but it’s really a tax. So prisker stop thinking about ur stomach and what ur going to eat next and concentrate on legalizing 4-wheelers on the Illinois roads,.. would b stupid to not do it and it would probably get him re-elected too. Note: I truthfully quit voting for governor 2yrs ago.
