In the US so not many reviews on this car. This looks like a great car and I see why the competition is terrified of these EV's coming out of china. I heard the cars were going to be near 10k USD, but even at the mid 20k range it still beats all the other EV's out there

The Chinese EV market has a ton of cars that look good, are loaded with tech and some of the silliest names I've ever heard. I can't wait until we get a better selection. I switched to an EV a few months ago and now I'm struggling to drive ICE cars and vans. Faffing around with gears and stuff seems like so much work to go so slowly. I loved heel-toeing in my little GT86 but after driving an EV for a few months all I miss is the handling and not the drive train.

Seemingly you've never tried driving an automatic ICE vehicle.

@@lefuedebout Auto ICE aren't that much better depend on the gear box and the type of car you driving. Normal auto ICE cars uses small engine with turbo and that turbo lag are pretty horrible. I didn't noticed it that much until you start driving EV and then go back to the ICE car.

BYD has now sold 7 Million NEVS in total of which 3.5 million are pure EVs. In two years the EV side should be 60% with the Hybrid side 40%. They are currently building 5 new factories outside of China.

After the end of June 2024 you need to test a tesla with full self driving version 12.5 on it . All other cars are finished!

You think a Tesla isn't recording your movements and location. If you make a claim against Tesla after an accident they can access the cars computer and see how you were driving. As for surveillance of your personal life just ask Edward Snowden how American NSA have you covered.
