They fixed or nerfed the flight meterless combos. It requires a bar second time in a combo.

That flight nerf was so unnecessary. They can just nerf the scaling on additional flights instead of taking away the cool s**t. I'm so fckin done with them removing fun instead of just making the fun weaker

Dude. If you had looked in the moveset before the patch. It explicitly states that using an extra flight in combos will cost meter. This was a bug fix. Fun is still there. Now it works as intended.

@@holysoap6255 it mentioned that canceling into air normals while in flight will cost meter. Not while you're on the ground. And even if it was a bug. It was nothing too broken to warrent a nerf and it was insanely fun. Even with the flighte being meterless homelander wasn't peacemaker level broken or Johnny level broken and they didn't even get touched or nerfed in any way

buff ideas, spread the word Havoc: He needs at least five new attack strings, he needs his legacy move that titan havoc has were he takes off his head and rolls it but its a mid, has the same affect as reptiles acid ball, and also hits mid exploding on contact. he also needs another one of his legacy moves that again titan havoc has where he bends his hole body for a low projectile and the amp of that can be a knock down allowing for combo extentions for cameos like scorpion Sub-zero: he needs his attack strings made slightly faster except for his overhead, he also needs 1or 2 new attack string launchers, both his regular and amp iceball needs to be faster to not only be able to combo with it off of normal attack strings but in juggle combos too. He should have the ability to throw his ice clone, i also think he should have his ice burst special back with the same proporties as mkx to compliment his ice clone(but just does not send you that far away). lastly he needs some of his damage scailing off ground freeze. Scorpion: should be buffed by making his amp ground tp a launcher again and make the cancel built in to both his regular and amp tp. he needs new strings some mix ups(i personally want his mkx overhead back). some moves need to be sped up Quan shi: needs his mind control move from mkx back, and make half his attack strings faster. and finally his low tentacle needs to be one bar liu kang: for starters nerf his f4 one button pressure but give him his 113 mkx launcher back along with maybe one or two more new attack strings. amke his low fireball slightly faster, change his air fireball to the mkx fireball and the amp the on we have now. give him back his mk 11 dragon parry, and finally make his fatal blow start up 2 hits but the first one restands y'all stay tune i got more heat for every character

Quan is in a good spot rn, he’s weak on paper but has a ton of tech that makes him really strong

Quan chi low tentacle is a really strong move that is a mix up with a lot of his strings. It should cost two bars because there are kameos that can combo without the meter, (yes only a few) but if it was one bar there would be a lot more spamming of the move making it a less viable mix-up. (Plus, a mix up that combos when using meter is pretty good also, imagine if sub zeros enhanced slide if it wasn’t also an amores move combod easily for example)

In the same patch, Reptile got buffed, so now he gets a 43% meterless combo.

The highest meterless damage I have managed to get (post patch) is 383.62. Combo is B3, B22~U+S, J4~BF2 1, J4~BF2 1, 12~BF2 1, J12~BF2 2

Go check out Tweedy’s post patch Homelander video. His meterless optimals have higher damage, you’d might prefer those instead

You can hold a direction to keep flying once you choke them for corner carry. If you don’t it’s just a normal animation

He’s the 3rd hardest execution character in the game, one of the weakest, and arguably has the worst damage. No he didn’t. 😂 If anything he needed buffs.

@@Kratosx23 Nah he was insane, damage is not everything and execution doesn't move a character up or down in the rankings. Tweedy just did a tier list not too long ago and he had Homelander top 5. He has safety, no gaps, flight mind games, solid zoning, command grab combos with Janet... he most certainly did not need any buffs

He needed the nerf to his block infinite, but his damage really didn’t need it, especially since Reptile was just buffed to be able to do even more meterless damage midscreen than Homelander did pre-patch.
