Had my 98 1.8t since November 09... daily driver for me until 2012, mrs since.... just had to do replacement axle and subframe on it....£150 worth of bolts from vw... plus all the associated parts ,very attached to it, car doesn't owe me a penny 😎 makes sense for your mrs to get yours... no point someone else benefitting from your hardwork 👍🙂 sounds like your new daily is a Golf R. 👍 if it is, enjoy it; love my mk7 R but prefer driving my mk2 16v over the summer lol
