No, I think Mrs Gilbert is being very brave to do this topic as a interviewer - shows her integrity. Thanks for this, Eleonora!

I love perspectives on truth and reality and even though most legitimate spiritual teachers have very similar things to say, each one offers a fresh perspective on the ultimate truth.

if you feel unloved by someone, do this IMMEDIATELY: love (forgive) them. Your bad feelings come from thinking untrue thoughts about your brother, not their "lack" of showing love.

Loveable means able to love. Are you able to love? Yes or no?

I really enjoyed the video. Byron Katie is really wonderful. 💚 I have also been liking lots of Sri Avinash at the moment. #SriAvinash 🙌 I've found Sri Avinash's meditation videos make me feel more peaceful.

I'll send you the full quote in a personal message: "Otherwise, in every bedroom there are two beggars, and each is insisting, "Give me love." And both are beggars; nobody has love. How can he give love to you? He himself is asking, "Give me love." Every husband feels the wife is not giving him love; every wife feels the husband is not giving her love. It is always a question of giving: the other is not giving. But nobody bothers to ask: How can the other give. The other has not got it."

true that when you break the word - loveable - but I always read it as ...loveable would mean that I am easy to love - that people love me -

"what if" is exactly what you have to go beyond before you will see a change in your perception. Drop all what-ifs, buts, etc if you want to get anywhere. This is about YOU and nobody else. And that is exactly why hardly anybody gets this stuff--they don't want to give up their tales of victim-hood. It's always...."But what if....."

Where were you loveable: the answer should be no reasons, but just so, because love is not because, it is at the highest despite...

Yeah, that's what we've been taught to believe. But it's not that way. Love is in here, .not out there. You'd make very hard for yourself to be loved if you believed love came from others first.

My impression is: In the beginning Mrs Gilbert wants to put on a show. But not with Byron Katie.

All I am seeing is a stronger personality trying to override. another .It doe matter that the interviewer is viewing herself as l unlockable, that is her opinion not a reality. but. Mrs Kate. Says with a. facetious. arguments she tries to persuade her she is, thou is not tenable, it is Mrs Kate,s assumptions. Does Nikon think for themselves. And therefore come up with their own estimation of their own being. But no,,,! that does, not happen we are too busy allowing psychiatrists and psychologists telling us what we are.

Byron Katie has a very strong personality 🙂 Am guessing she aligns with the Leader or Boss or Entrepreneur character in the Enneagram. However she has turned herself over to a purpose of being helpful and does free seminars all over the world. The only charge is for the actual costs of organising them. There is a lot of free material on KZfaq where Katie uses "the work" to help free people from stress... and it's a process.... and here, she takes a few shortcuts ... so it might look odd. 😃

Byron Katie wants to help end all suffering by questioning what we think and believe. We often believe something that isn’t true and it creates pain and sadness. Why feel that way if you have a way out?
