Geologist and longtime newsletter writer Byron King of Paradigm Press shares insights from a recent Yukon property tour, including what we know so far about the heap leach pad failure at Victoria Gold's Eagle gold mine.
He also discusses his outlook for the gold price and gold miners as they prepare to release Q2 results.
"We should see really sweet numbers on the profitability of many gold producers - Barrick Gold, Newmont, Kinross Gold, IAMGOLD - we could make a long list. We should see really good numbers," King said.

$2500 gold by 2025? So, you’re basically saying gold will perform less than half as good as the first half of the year in the second half? That’s a bearish forecast.

Over the many months I have watched many of your interviews. Many self proclaimed experts have given their opinion about the price of gold going from $2400 - $3000+.

That could easily be the case, $2700, u even be $3500, its already up over 20% this eyaer, so Byron prediciting it might go 2% higher is laughable. I'm quiet sure it will go 2% higher, adn 2% lower several times between now and 2025. I like your $2700 target though, very reasonable and still making a bet.

@@st6548 when i say by 2025 i mean january 2025..a few technicals point to that area $2700-2750..but if war ramps up,banks start failing again and/or the major indices turn i would not rule out something with a 3 in front of it by then

First, Byron insulted Charlotte with his incredulous question if anyone was watching. Now, Byron's drawn out story in the Yukon with long. slow sentences has me bailing out of this episode at 4 minutes. So long, I couldn't take any more of this guest.....
