These videos are a godsend - thanks a ton for the clear guidance. Can you explain how you go about pointing the cameras to file sharing services like DropBox or Google Drive? I would love a way to 'transfer with set' from the camera direct into one of those services, since that's what many of my smaller clients prefer.

Quick question I have a 1dxii now old to me should I trade in for a r6ii ? I’d love the new af and built in WiFi etc but mpb only will give $ $910 for my used 1dxii in excellent condition . Thx

Deciding when to upgrade is always a tough decision depending on your situation. I wouldn't go into debt for an upgrade, but if you have the money and if having it will help you cover the cost of upgrading, it is a great camera. I also recommend trying any new camera out before buying.

Thanks for all those good advices, it helps a lot 👍 I didn't t get the point on "The thing you need to remember about editors is that they are contractually obligated to choose the worst image that you send, so send just the best photos and you’ll be fine"... why would they choose the worst and not the best of your images ? I find these weird 🤔...or maybe my English is not as good as I thought and I misunderstood something 😊 Thanks again for your advices.

Stephane, Sorry for the confusion. It just seems like they always choose your least favorite image, so we try to only send the best photos so we'll be happy with the result. Thanks for watching!

Thank you for this detailed information! My biggest problem is wifi connection issues and bandwidth. I'll be photographing an event with 100K people in attendance. We'll have a team of 8 photographers working the event in various locations. Our challenge is with the amount of signals in one space makes for uploading even the smallest .jpgs difficult. Also there's no time to make selections. I'll have to share everything and have the social media team receiving the files select their favorites. Any advice on over coming bandwidth issues? Thanks so much love your channel.

The only way I would send all the photos and let the social team make choices is if I was sending through a ethernet hardline. In a crowded stadium you will never have the bandwidth to send everything. See if you can get a few hard lines installed. I don't know what type of event it is, but I would also recommend just sending a few selects. We've setup a private network in our football stadium with antennas right on the corners of the end zone, and that that helped us out a ton. Any information on setting up the FujiFilm systems for wireless work flow? I shoot on a Fuji XH1 and a Fuji XT2.

We don't shoot Fuji but it looks like they allow you to shoot to the app on your phone or a computer, not sure if if allows for FTP but I'm not seeing any info on it: fujifilm-dsc.com/en/manual/x30/connection/wireless/index.html#pc_auto_save

@@byuphoto thanks for the video but that isnt exactly my question. That video isnt helpful for someone who needs to deliver pictures on time from sideline with captions and player names. The editing at home is the easiest part and comes afterwards, after my actual work is already done. You are talking about a wireless workflow and with that workflow it is not possible to do IPTC data at the sideline. Of course I can sent my photos via ftp to my agency but without IPTC and player names it is garbage.
